Monotone Shipping Policy
At Monotone, we aim to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience for all our customers. Below are the terms and conditions related to the shipping of orders.
Processing and Shipping Times

Order processing usually take 1-2 business days.

Orders placed after 10:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

Processing times may increase during collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons.

Once an order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Standard processing time depends on your delivery location:
Tier 1 cities: 7–10 business days
Tier 2 cities: 10–12 business days
Tier 3 cities: 12+ business days -
Delivery timelines may vary based on the shipping address and other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Address:

We cannot change the shipping address or shipping method once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Please ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays or issues.

Shipping Costs and Options

Standard Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping for orders above ₹2,500 within India.

For orders below this amount, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping address and package weight.

Delivery Locations:

We currently ship across India.

P.O. boxes and addresses in restricted areas are not eligible for delivery.

Failed Deliveries and Returns

Incorrect Address or Phone Number:

If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect details provided by the customer, it will be returned to Monotone at the customer’s expense.

Re-shipping the order will require payment of additional shipping charges.

Missed Deliveries:

If the receiver is absent during all 3 delivery attempts, the package will be returned back to monotone

Abandoned Packages:

Delivery will be attempted thrice before package is deemed abandoned.

Customers forfeiting their package will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Opened Packages

Reporting Issues:

If you receive a package that is damaged or appears to have been opened, take a photo of the condition before inspecting its contents.

Contact the courier immediately to file a claim and inform Monotone by emailing contact@monotone.in with the photos and details.
Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment and contacting the courier for any issues.
Order Cancellation

Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped.
