Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow the steps below:

Click on the main menu (top right corner of the website)

Select “Returns & Exchanges”

Enter your email ID and order number

Choose the reason for return/ exchange and upload a clear picture of the item

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for the parcel to be picked up from your address
Please ensure the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned within the specified return window. Return approval is subject to our team’s review based on the reason and product condition.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that to ensure the quality and integrity of our products, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any item that shows visible signs of wear, has been washed, altered, or is missing its original tags and packaging. Additionally, items purchased during special promotions, sales, or marked as "final sale" are not eligible for returns. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these strict criteria to maintain our high standards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return/ exchange, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
